Annual Discretionary Bonus
The Company may consider granting to you an annual discretionary bonus in respect of each complete calendar year of service. The amount of each annual bonus shall be determined by Company at its sole discretion, based on your performance and the performance of the Company for such year.

請問雙方解除合約時是否可以追討Bonus? 謝謝
